  • The Junior high wrestling team took fifth place this weekend at the Willard Invitational. Blake Martin, Will Bischoff and Nathan Parks were champions.  Dom Hemmer and Kayden Neff were runner ups in their weight class.  Riley Shook was 4th.  The team returns to action at home Wednesday evening.  
  • Congratulations to the Seneca East Lady Tigers who defeated Bucyrus this past weekend by a score of 82-42.  Sophomore Jessica Bowerman turned in a double-double ratcheting up 10 rebounds and 22 points for the Lady Tigers while teammate Marina Adachi chipped in 20.  The team now moves to 6-1 on the year and 4-0 in the N10.
    The JV Tigers were also victorious in Bucyrus by a score of 61-14. Brooke Bordner led the Seneca East charge with 12 points while teammate Tori Fritz chipped in 10.  The JV move to 6-0 on the season. 
  • Congratulations to 8th grade winners of the Seneca County Museum Poster Contest.  Students throughout Tiffin and Seneca County were invited to participate in the contest.  Livyana Kaiser won 1st place and Alexis Margraf won 3rd place.   
  • Attention Seniors Going on the Class Trip:  Don't forget to sign up for Concession Stand with Mrs. Chaffee ASAP!!\
  • Mental Health and Addiction Services groups are available to Seneca East students through Fireland's Counseling Services in Tiffin Ohio.  Group Registration is begining now and will remain open through January.  Please see Mrs. Schalk or Mrs. Stockmaster if you are interested in participating in any groups that cover the following topics:  Safe and Healthy living practices (Staying away from drugs and alcohol), Self Esteem, Children/Adolescents of parents struggling with addiction.  
  • Don’t miss your opportunity to play in the Santa V.S. Grinch Dodge Ball Showdown on December 21st at 2:00.Teams will not only compete for awards but also their vote on which Christmas icon will have a pie smashed on their face. Preregister for $2 a person with Mrs. Powell (5-8), or Mrs. Saylors (9-12). Forgot to preregister but still want to play? Late registration of $3 a person will be accepted at the gate. However, space on the teams is limited so register soon. Good tidings and luck to SE students and staff
